Windsor Flats Rehab

The original structure that you see from Walnut Street was constructed in 1888, with the gymnasium/auditorium building added in 1918, this is a two and three story brick school house located in the historic Walnut Hills neighborhood. As early as 1971, crowed conditions and changing neighborhood needs, placed Windsor elementary on a list of schools that needed to replaced or closed. The last students attendance was in June 2004. Since 2017 the two school buildings have been redesigned into 41 luxury flats with unique floor plans.
